The Easter Bunny is Coming to North Point Mall

With Easter just around the corner, now is the perfect time to dress your children in pastels and take them to get a picture with the Easter Bunny. Starting this weekend, residents of Bowen Family Homes‘ Hanover Place and Hanover Pointe communities can take their children to see the Easter Bunny at North Point Mall. The Easter Bunny will make daily appearances at the mall from March 21 - April 11. FREE bunny ears with a special offer from Build-a-Bear will be given to children who visit the Easter Bunny. Parents may also download a printable coupon to receive money off their photos through April 9.

With the recent addition of the Burton and the Carter floorplans, our popular single-family home community, Autumnbrooke, now offers new home buyers a total of nine home designs to choose from. The Burton floorplan consists of three bedrooms with two and one half bathrooms and has approximately 1,848 square feet of heated living space. Bowen Family Homes Introduces’Safety Net’ for Homeowners

During these times of economic uncertainty, involuntary job loss has increased and people are unsure of how long they will be able to keep their current job. In response to the current economy, Bowen Family Homes is pleased to announce the launch of their new Safety Net Program. This new mortgage payment relief program is designed to protect our homeowners who involuntarily lose their jobs. If a homeowner does lose their job then the Safety Net Program will pay their mortgage up to $2,000 per month for up to four consecutive months. The program is designed “per claim” and allows for two claims over two years. That means that if you do lose your job, Bowen will pay a maximum of $16,000 and eight monthly payments on your behalf, so that you don’t lose the house of your dreams.
