Warm Weather Amenities Opening Soon at Several Atlanta Communities

With summer just around the corner, we are opening our warm weather amenties at several of our metro Atlanta communities. Amenities will open no later than May 15 at Brynfield, McGinnis Reserve, Stonehaven, Caswell Overlook, Hanover and Kensington Creek Manor. Ranging from pools to neighborhood parks, our amenity packages provide the perfect opportunity to stay active and spend time with your neighbors, family and friends.

Located in sought-after Forsyth County, Hanover and Stonehaven both offer a variety of warm weather amenities. Hanover Hanover’s amenity package includes four lighted tennis courts, an aquatic center with mushroom fountain, cabana, clubhouse, walking trails, parks and playgrounds. Stonehaven’s state-of-the-art amenity package includes six lighted tennis courts, a Junior Olympic sized pool with slide and children’s aquatic center, multi-purpose athletic field, 10-acre recreation area, sidewalks, clubhouse, playgrounds, parks and walking trails.

The amenity packages at Kensington Creek Manor and McGinnis Reserve include a community pool with mushroom fountain, tennis courts, neighborhood parks, playgrounds, lighted sidewalks and more. In addition to its outdoor amenities, McGinnis Reserve also includes a clubhouse which is ideal for neighborhood and family gatherings. Brynfield features a neighborhood cabana and pool with mushroom fountain, playground and sidewalks.
