Five Realtors Make it to the Finals (and we get a great video out of it)

The Atlanta SMC “Deals on Wheels” Bus Tour held on September 29 proved to by quite fruitful for five lucky Realtors! Realtors on the bus tour had the opportunity to qualify to win $50,000 during Bowen Family Homes’ Penny Power Promotion. Two Realtors qualified on the first stop of the tour during a visit to Bowen’s Brynfield community in Suwanee, while three more Realtors qualified on the second to last visit of the day at Bowen’s McGinnis Reserve community, also in Suwanee.
Realtors, if you haven’t tossed your penny to win a chance at the $50,000 grand prize, it is not too late. You have until November 8 for your opportunity to participate in the penny toss competition. You can earn one toss by touring a Bowen Family Homes community or by attending a “Penny Power” event, three tosses by previewing a Bowen Family Home with a client and five tosses if your client writes a contract on a Bowen Family Home. What can you buy for a penny these days? Well, if you purchase a Bowen Family Home, you can buy a refrigerator, washer/dryer or blinds! This week, Bowen Family Homes, along with our superhero Penny Lane, launched penny incentives for homebuyers that purchase a move-in ready or pre-sale home for full price with standard closing costs while using American Home Key Mortgage.

Realtors and prospective homebuyers are invited to toss as many pennies as they bring with them! All pennies tossed during the promotion will be donated to HomeAid Atlanta.

Penny Rides the Atlanta SMC Bus

Penny Lane sure didn’t miss the bus yesterday. She was in the middle of it all showing Realtors how to pitch pennies for chances to win $50,000! Penny is working to give power back to the penny. Yesterday was the first day of Atlanta SMC’s Deals on Wheels event for real estate agents. A second bus tour of new home communities is planned for Sept 29th. This is the perfect opportunity for Realtors to spend a fun and informative day touring Atlanta’s new communities.
The Fall 2009 tour will cover Northwest Gwinnett, South Hall and South Forsyth communities.
