First Three Homebuyers Qualify to Win a Home!

In our first weekend offering homeowners the chance to win a brand new home through Bowen Penny Power, we had three potential homeowners qualify! Don’t miss out on your opportunity. Come toss a penny into a fish bowl. It’s easy, fun and it only costs you a penny, which will be donated to our charity of choice - HomeAid Atlanta.

You only have until November 8th, 2009 to qualify! Be sure to visit one of our 12 participating communities for your chance. The first 100 to successfully toss a penny into a fish bowl from 10′ away, will be entered into a finale event (November 10th, Gwinnett Center, 9 a.m.). The 100 finalists (and select number of runner-ups) will receive an invitation to the event, in which everyone will have the chance to win a new home.

All you have to do to earn a toss is to tour a Bowen Family Homes community. You can earn three tosses, if you are pre-qualified to buy a Bowen Family Home and five tosses if you are under contract or write a contract on a Bowen Family Home.

Realtors…we didn’t forget about you. You also have the chance to participate in the penny toss for a chance to win $50,000! The first 100 Realtors to successfully toss a penny into a fish bowl from 10′ feet away will also be entered into the finale event. Realtors can earn tosses by touring a Bowen Family Homes community or attending a “Penny Power” event. Three tosses can be earned by previewing a home with a client and five tosses if your client writes a contract on a home.
