Five Realtors Make it to the Finals (and we get a great video out of it)

The Atlanta SMC “Deals on Wheels” Bus Tour held on September 29 proved to by quite fruitful for five lucky Realtors! Realtors on the bus tour had the opportunity to qualify to win $50,000 during Bowen Family Homes’ Penny Power Promotion. Two Realtors qualified on the first stop of the tour during a visit to Bowen’s Brynfield community in Suwanee, while three more Realtors qualified on the second to last visit of the day at Bowen’s McGinnis Reserve community, also in Suwanee.

Realtors, if you haven’t tossed your penny to win a chance at the $50,000 grand prize, it is not too late. You have until November 8 for your opportunity to participate in the penny toss competition. You can earn one toss by touring a Bowen Family Homes community or by attending a “Penny Power” event, three tosses by previewing a Bowen Family Home with a client and five tosses if your client writes a contract on a Bowen Family Home.

The first 100 Realtors to successfully toss a penny into a fish bowl from 10′ away (using their own pennies, which will be donated to charity), will be entered into a finale event (November 10th, Gwinnett Center, 9 a.m.) The 100 finalists (and select number of runner-ups) will receive an invitation to the event, in which everyone will have the chance to win $50,000 from Bowen Family Homes.
