Introducing Penny Lane

Well, did you see her at the Zoo? Atlanta’s newest superhero made quite a spectacle during her first public appearance this weekend at Zoo Atlanta. For those of you not lucky enough to meet her at the Zoo, we would like to introduce you to Ms. Penny Lane!

Atlanta’s newest superhero is going to be a fixture across the Atlanta landscape over the next couple of months. While you may not see her leap tall buildings, you may see her at one of Bowen Family Homes‘ communities across the metro Atlanta area trying to give away a brand new home for $.01. She will also be trying to give away $50,000 to one lucky Realtor!

Between September 9 and November 7, every homebuyer will have an opportunity to participate in a penny toss competition at all Bowen Family Homes communities throughout metro Atlanta. The first 100 homebuyers and Realtors to successfully toss a penny into a fish bowl from ten feet away will be entered into a finale event.

Homebuyers can earn one penny toss by touring a Bowen Family community; three tosses by becoming pre-qualified to buy a home with a Bowen Family Home preferred lender and five tosses if the homebuyer is under contract or writes a contract on a Bowen Family Home. Realtors will earn one toss by touring a Bowen Family community or Penny Power Event; three tosses by previewing a Bowen Family Home with a client and five tosses if their client writes a contract on a Bowen Family Home.
