Penny Options Take Flight this Week

What can you buy for a penny these days? Well, if you purchase a Bowen Family Home, you can buy a refrigerator, washer/dryer or blinds! This week, Bowen Family Homes, along with our superhero Penny Lane, launched penny incentives for homebuyers that purchase a move-in ready or pre-sale home for full price with standard closing costs while using American Home Key Mortgage.

This is just the first of many penny incentive announcements to come. Be sure to follow us here, on Facebook or on Twitter to learn about penny toss events across the metro Atlanta area. For example, this week we announced our first unlimited penny toss event at our Kensington community in Lawrenceville this Thursday from 10 a.m. to noon.

We have already qualified numerous homeowners and Realtors for our Grand Finale event that will take place at the Gwinnett Center on November 10. Don’t be left out!

Remember, Homebuyers can earn one penny toss by touring a Bowen Family community; three tosses by becoming pre-qualified to buy a home with a Bowen Family Home preferred lender and five tosses if the homebuyer is under contract or writes a contract on a Bowen Family Home. Realtors will earn one toss by touring a Bowen Family community or by attending a Penny Power Event; three tosses by previewing a Bowen Family Home with a client and five tosses if their client writes a contract on a Bowen Family Home.
