Toss or Treat: Bowen’s Halloween Spooktacular set for Saturday
Posted by: | Comments
Have you heard? Halloween is starting early this year! So all you ghouls and goblins need to join us this Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. before the sun goes down as our superhero, Penny Lane will be on site at our 13 participating Penny Power Promotion communities where she will be allowing 31 penny tosses (don’t forget your pennies) in celebration of Halloween. Rumor has it that Penny will be dressed as Jane from Tarzan fame; however with Penny you never know what she might transform herself into. Those who bring five cans of food to donate to a local food bank will be able to toss as many pennies as they bring. Pennies will later be donated to HomeAid Atlanta. Don’t be scared, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

If you’re a first-time home buyer who is considering purchasing a home in the next few months, head on over to your favorite Bowen Family Homes site today because with the first-time home buyers tax credit about to expire, now is the best time to purchase a new home.
Tell me more about this tax credit…
Right now the government is offering a first-time home buyer tax credit that does not have to be repaid to any first-time home buyer who closes their contract on or after January 1, 2009 and before December 1, 2009. This means you essentially have a month left to take advantage of this deal.

Penny goes Pumpkin Hunting
Posted by: | CommentsThis past weekend proved to be a busy one for Miss Penny Lane. Five prospective homebuyers and four Realtors joined the Penny Power race and will now have the chance at the grand finale toss event set to take place November 10th where they will have the chance to battle it out for their new home or $50,000 respectively.
Despite all of the commotion and excitement at the Penny Toss events this weekend, Penny still managed to find sometime for herself and was able to visit some of her favorite local pumpkin patches. After spending the day Read More→
