Bowen Family Homes is excited to celebrate 40 years of building homes in Atlanta!  Rudy Bowen began the business several decades ago after his passion for building turned into a career.  His first project was a single family home. After building  homes here and there in the quiet suburbs of Atlanta, Bowen’s business gained momentum and Bowen was building at least 50 homes a year. When the city of Atlanta began to grow drastically Bowen realized that his business needed to have an edge to stand out from the rest. To set his homes apart Bowen decided to develop the land where his homes would be built.   By developing his own lots, Bowen was able to pass huge savings onto homebuyers keeping the final cost of the home low.
