Toss or Treat: Bowen’s Halloween Spooktacular set for Saturday

Have you heard? Halloween is starting early this year! So all you ghouls and goblins need to join us this Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. before the sun goes down as our superhero, Penny Lane will be on site at our 13 participating Penny Power Promotion communities where she will be allowing 31 penny tosses (don’t forget your pennies) in celebration of Halloween. Rumor has it that Penny will be dressed as Jane from Tarzan fame; however with Penny you never know what she might transform herself into. Those who bring five cans of food to donate to a local food bank will be able to toss as many pennies as they bring. Pennies will later be donated to HomeAid Atlanta. Don’t be scared, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

If you still haven’t heard about Bowen Family Homes’ Penny Promotion, here is what you need to know. The first 100 homebuyers and Realtors to toss a penny into a fishbowl from 10 feet away will be qualified for a grand finale event set to take place on November 10. Homebuyer finalists will have a chance to win a brand new home, while Realtor finalist will have a shot at $50,000. If you are interested, be sure to join us this weekend as we are getting close to capacity. Only 38 homebuyers spots remain while only 23 spaces are left for Realtors.

In addition to the chance to win the grand prizes, all those who qualify will be entered into the Penny Lane Photo Contest, the winning photo will receive $100.
