Last Chance to Qualify!

This weekend’s Halloween Spooktacular event proved to be a huge hit. Realtors and prospective homebuyers alike came out early to try their hand at qualifying for our Penny Power Promotion Grand Finale Event.  The penny toss brought out the best of the best and 27 new finalists are now qualified for the Grand Finale  set to take place on November 10th.

Overall, 89 prospective homebuyers and 83 Realtors have qualified to toss it out for a brand new Bowen home or  $50,000 respectively, leaving 11 spots open for prospective homebuyers and 17  for Realtors. With only one week remaining in the competition, you don’t want to miss your chance. So grab your pennies and head over to one of the participating Bowen Family Home communities to try your hand at the 10-foot toss.

Remember, homebuyers can earn one penny toss by touring a Bowen Family community; three tosses by becoming pre-qualified to buy a home with a Bowen Family Home preferred lender and five tosses if the homebuyer is under contract or writes a contract on a Bowen Family Home. Realtors will earn one toss by touring a Bowen Family community or by attending a Penny Power Event; three tosses by previewing a Bowen Family Home with a client and five tosses if their client writes a contract on a Bowen Family Home.
