Does Your New Home Have a Mortgage Payment Relief Progam?
By
If it’s a Bowen Family Home it does.
We know that times are tough right now. Americans are still losing jobs on a daily basis and between car payments, credit card bills, and all the other little odds and ends life throws at you, money can be a big concern.
When making one of the largest investments of your life, such as buying a new home, it’s important that you feel secure in your decision. We at Bowen want you to feel confident that you and your family will be covered even if you lose your job. If your home is a Bowen Family Home, then there’s no need to worry, we’re offering The Bowen Family Homes Safety Net Program.*
The Bowen Family Homes Safety Net Program is a mortgage payment relief program designed to protect our homeowners from the most common cause of missed mortgage payments: unexpected job loss.
The process is quite simple. If you lose your job involuntarily we will pay your mortgage up to $2,000 per month for up to four consecutive months. The program is designed as a “per claim” program that allows for two claims over two years per borrower, allowing for a maximum of $16,000 and 8 monthly (non consecutive) payments on behalf of the borrower.
