$5,000 Downpayment Incentive for Gwinnett Homebuyers

A new program powered by the Gwinnett Chamber, “Let’s Do Business Gwinnett,” is providing approximately $5,000 as a down payment incentive on newly constructed homes priced up to $205,000 in the county.
Aside from the down payment incentive, several community banks are offering special financing products, which include:
- 6.49% financing, on select homes, for borrowers needing time to improve credit
- Special low-interest loans for select houses as low as 3.49%
The banks participating in the special financing are: The Brand Banking Co., Independence Bank of Georgia, Legacy State Bank, Piedmont Bancorp, Gwinnett Community Bank and Quantum Bank.
