Earlier this week we told you how Bowen Family Homes was extending the free basement offer at Hanover Place. Well, now we’re excited to tell you that another incentive has been extended. All homebuyers who close on a home in the Gwinnett new homes communities of Cypress Springs or Kensington Creek Manor by September 30 will receive a move-in package.
The move-in package outfits you with all the things you need to make your new house feel like a home. Included in the package is a side-by-side refrigerator, washer, dryer and blinds. With those necessities out of the way, you’ll be free to imagine what furniture to fill your new home with instead.

Basement Incentive Extended at Hanover Place

Bowen Family Homes announced in July that a basement incentive was being offered at Hanover Place. We’re excited to announce that incentive, which was initially set to expire toward the end of August, will be extended through September 30.
The limited-time incentive, allows homeowners to choose whether they would like to purchase a home and receive a free basement, or receive $25,000 off the purchase of a slab home. With such great discounts, now is the perfect time to buy at Hanover Place. In the last five weeks, six home buyers have taken advantage of the incentive with more sure to follow.
Hanover Place is a community of new single-family homes in Alpharetta.
