Bowen Family Homes Web site Wins Again!

It’s hard to imagine that the new and improved Bowen Family Homes Web site was launched just one year ago. Now the interactive and informative has won two awards. You might remember the story of our Gold OBIE in November of 2009?
Our second award came just last month at the The Nationals award ceremony. The Bowen Family Homes Web site received a Silver Award for Best Web site for a Builder at the ceremony held during the National Association of Home Builders’ annual International Builders Show.
The Nationals are the nation’s largest competition for new-home sales and marketing professionals and communities. The awards competition is presented annually by the National Sales and Marketing Council and is co-sponsored by MetLife Home Loans, Move, Inc., Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and AT&T Connected Communities. Suwanee’s Town Center Receives Award

Seven years ago, Suwanee’s Town Center was little more then a plot of earth and an idea. Today the built-from-scratch Town Center features amazing dining, shopping and is a regional event venue for the Suwanee community. Recently the Suwanee Town Center received its second Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) Development of Excellence award.
The Suwanee Town Center was recognized as a Development of Excellence during the 11th annual Developments of Excellence Awards presentation as part of the State Region Breakfast held at the Georgia World Congress Center on Wednesday, November 25, making this municipal government the first to twice receive the distinct honor of being named a co-winner of the prestigious award.

Bowen Family Homes Awarded 4 OBIEs

Bowen Family Homes had the honor of being awarded 4 OBIEs at the 2009 OBIE Awards Gala, held on November 7 at the Cobb Galleria Centre.
Each year the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association hosts the OBIE Awards Gala to honor the best in the housing industry. OBIE Awards began in 1980 and have grown consistently to feature more than 100 building, remodeling, marketing and personal achievement categories. The OBIE awards are the highest honor given in the Atlanta housing industry and each year the best builders, remodelers and marketing gurus submit their nominations, each hoping to take home the coveted Gold OBIE at the end of the evening.
Bowen dominated the Marketing category winning Gold for:
- Best E-Marketing - Best Website Corporate for a Builder or Developer
- Best E-Marketing Best Email Message

Kelly Fink Named 2008 Marketing Director of the Year

Kelly Fink, Bowen’s Regional Marketing and Internet Director, was recently named the 2008 Marketing Director of the Year at The NationalsSM award gala held on Jan. 20 in Las Vegas. The NationalsSM is a prestigious awards competition presented annually by the National Sales and Marketing Council along with co-sponsors Whirlpool Appliances, Gladiator Garage Works and KitchenAid.
