Well, did you see her at the Zoo? Atlanta’s newest superhero made quite a spectacle during her first public appearance this weekend at Zoo Atlanta. For those of you not lucky enough to meet her at the Zoo, we would like to introduce you to Ms. Penny Lane!
Atlanta’s newest superhero is going to be a fixture across the Atlanta landscape over the next couple of months. E-Incentive for Realtors is a Success

Bowen Family Homes recently created an online contest to boost their social media program. The contest was aimed at Realtors - awarding them a $10 Starbucks gift certificate for becoming a fan of the Bowen Family Homes corporate Facebook page.
The Facebook page had more than 200 new Realtors become fans in less than 5 days after the contest launch. Bowen’s social media efforts are directed at all those involved with the company from the Facebook page designed to engage Realtors and current buyers to the Bowen Family Homes Twitter account aimed at perspective buyers and this blog you’re reading right now which was created to keep homeowners informed. The fact that Bowen isn’t targeting only one audience is what make the social media plan so strong.

Celebrate Memorial Day with Local Concerts Happening Next Two Weekends

Bowen Family Homes communities are located in the most sought-after locations throughout metro Atlanta, so that residents not only enjoy their homes, but the local area as well. Memorial Day is Monday, May 25, and there are several celebratory events throughout metro Atlanta that residents of our communities can attend both this weekend and next.
This Friday, May 22, the City of Suwanee will celebrate Memorial Day weekend with a free concert at Town Center Park. Sponsored by the Gwinnett Daily Post, the family-fun evening will feature patriotic music and song by The Gwinnett Community Band and the Sugar Hill LDS Choir. A parachute demonstration will be given by members of the Silver Wings, the Command Exhibition Parachute Team that is a part of the U.S. Army Infantry based at Fort Benning, at 7:30 p.m. weather permitting.
