Posted by: | Comments
Bowen Family Homes is gearing up for College Colors Day this Friday; how do you plan to celebrate? College football fans across the nation will don jerseys, caps and face paint to celebrate the beginning of college football season. So whether your team is a part of the Big 10, SEC, ACC or something else, round up your team gear in preparation of this day dedicated to the sport you love.
College Colors Day can be celebrated with more than just apparel. You can celebrate as an office to embrace your collegiate differences before the start of the season. The College Colors Day website gives some great ideas for the workplace:
- Have a lunchtime tailgate party: You can bring the mini grill, a cooler full of soda and plenty of sides. Stuff your belly while reminiscing over past games.
- Crown a King and Queen: The male and female garbed most in team regalia reigns for the day.
- Have a college karaoke contest: This is the perfect opportunity to belt out the ‘ole college fight son.
You can celebrate in your community as well. Make College Colors Day an opportunity to share with children the importance of pursuing higher education. Take a trip to a local university or have a College Colors Day party at home.
However you celebrate College Colors Day, have fun!
