Penny goes Pumpkin Hunting

Our favorite superhero found herself busy running around the metro Atlanta area running her weekly Free Penny Toss events. Five prospective homebuyers and four Realtors joined the Penny Power race and will now have the chance at the grand finale toss event set to take place November 10th where they will have the chance to battle it out for their new home or $50,000 respectively.

The leaves have begun to change colors, there is a cool nip to the air (well when it isn’t raining that is) and pumpkins and Halloween decorations can be found everywhere you look. Fall is once again in the air and it’s time for pumpkin patches and hayrides!

Penny Lane sure didn’t miss the bus yesterday. She was in the middle of it all showing Realtors how to pitch pennies for chances to win $50,000! Penny is working to give power back to the penny. Yesterday was the first day of Atlanta SMC’s Deals on Wheels event for real estate agents. A second bus tour of new home communities is planned for Sept 29th. This is the perfect opportunity for Realtors to spend a fun and informative day touring Atlanta’s new communities.

Well, did you see her at the Zoo? Atlanta’s newest superhero made quite a spectacle during her first public appearance this weekend at Zoo Atlanta. For those of you not lucky enough to meet her at the Zoo, we would like to introduce you to Ms. Penny Lane!
Atlanta’s newest superhero is going to be a fixture across the Atlanta landscape over the next couple of months.
