American life would not be complete without the TV. We watch various TV shows to get important information and news; we watch in order to entertain ourselves; we even watch so we can relax and unwind. One such show is Family Guy, the cartoon TV show that made Peter, Lois, Meg, Chris and Stewie Griffin common characters among American families. Firstly, I think you should tell the guy that you think he's cute- life is too short to leave things unsaid. Plus, you never know what compliments might be returned =)

You need your ancestry & genealogy done. Birth certs, death certs, family records,etc. Screw the dna tests. We don't pay that any attention, and it will not tell you tribe, anyway. Plus…it's costly. Then contact the tribe. See if his family name was on the Dawes rolls. You must be able to trace the ancestry to the rolls. You have to be prepared first. Your genealogy is not their job.

Do your homework. Don't just give money away. Many powwows are run by non-natives for profit. Nothing wrong with free enterprise, as long as they don't misrepresent. A powwow is NOT ceremonial…it is a celebration and a money-making venue as well. I know…I am a powwow artist/vendor.

He sounds fine to me…..if you are worried about him being 34 with no kids…don't let that stop you from contacting him…..my husband was 36 when he married me, he had never been married before and was simply holding out for that special lady…….a lot of successful men hold out on marriage until they are older…..
